I loved KLoe hotel, I don't want to stay anywhere else if I come back to Malaysia and my friend said the same. The staff were so friendly and helpful, there was a great positive vibe every time we came in or out. The Room To Grow was one of the most special hotel rooms I've ever stayed in - being surrounded by plants was lovely. The Rooms to Grow, Listen and Taste are at the front of the building and a little noisier with the main road below but manageable and nothing a good pair of earplugs couldn't handle if you're a light sleeper. The bed, pillows, shower, and sitting room were all comfortable - firm bed but that's my preference. The complimentary childhood favourite snacks was a lovely touch and the cafe downstairs was very good for a quick breakfast or meal. The location is central, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and Grab made it easy to get anywhere further. As others have said, the hotel is up a narrow lane before the service station, but all of the Grab drivers seemed to find it easily. We didn't want to leave!

I loved the hotel even though construction was going on. However, there were some things I did not like about the area. I found the back area quite sketchy since we used the back to enter and exit. A stripped, graffitied car 20 feet away, an open shack-like shelter 100 feet away where someone was living. Then the glitzy, over-the-top marketing with all of the super expensive retail stores, endless traffic, begging on the streets, and garbage was quite overwhelming. The hotel was great and I enjoyed the markets and the Batu Caves, and my tour guide, but that was it. I would not recommend KL to anyone to visit. Too many endless freeways and traffic, too much garbage and lack of infrastructure, and poor city maintenance. A lot of potential, but poorly designed and lacking basic upkeep. Sorry this is what I did not like.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the incredibly friendly staff made us feel so welcome. The General Manager was exceptional—genuinely engaged and even seen helping out in the kitchen, which speaks volumes about the team spirit. It truly looks like not just a fantastic place to stay, but also to work! The concept and interior design are beautifully thought out—stylish, unique, and full of character. We especially loved the cozy coffee shop and the small boutique filled with carefully selected, lovely items. The rooms are fabulous, with thoughtful details throughout. And the Aesop soap? Just perfect! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great little hotel tucked away in Bukit Bintang away from the traffic and noise. Has an industrial chic vibe, and the whole place is more boutique and personal than a big chain hotel. Room was comfortable and has great amenities many more expensive hotels don’t offer like a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and Aesop products in the bathroom. The plentiful complimentary snack basket was a nice unexpected touch. The staff were all super lovely and always smiling and helpful and looked like they all enjoyed working there. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cozy, bed was comfortable. We had daily cleaning and snack refills. We could work remotely from the room / near the swimming pool / in the cafe which is located in the lobby and it was great! Wi-fi was stable enough to have video meetings and get the work done. The location is also great since it's in the KLCC. We had a view of the wall greenery and the swimming pool which was pleasant. I also had my birthday during our stay, and my partner asked the staff to make some room decorations, which they did wonderfully!
